An Investigation on Laser Welding Parameters on the Strength of TRIP Steel

چکیده

The energy required for joining steel segments by using laser welding is relatively very low compared with arc welding, gas or any other conventional techniques. Moreover, the rapid cooling may create a significant effect on different regions, such as fusion zone (FZ), heat affected (HAZ), and base metal (BM), in turn affect parameters. In this study, characteristics of laser-welded joint were investigated varying power, velocity incident angle, tensile strength. our, experiments. microhardness was increased power welding. strength to 549 MPa 2200 W high 30 mm/s velocity, 80º angle. By increasing laser, gun improved; conversely, angle location decreased while its increased.
